Choosing to begin therapy or an assessment is an investment in your well-being, understanding, and long-term quality of life. We recognize that this decision involves both emotional and financial considerations, and we aim to be transparent and thoughtful about how our services are structured.
Our practice is out of network, which allows us to provide care that is intentional, thorough, and responsive to each individual — without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This flexibility allows us to spend more time on careful assessment, meaningful therapeutic work, and individualized recommendations rather than limiting care to insurance-driven requirements.
The services we provide reflect advanced training, specialization, and years of clinical experience. Our clinicians are doctoral-level psychologists with expertise in areas such as trauma, EMDR, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), psychological assessment, and complex relational dynamics.
Assessments and therapy are not simply appointments — they involve careful preparation, clinical reasoning, interpretation, consultation, and ongoing professional development. The fees associated with our services reflect the level of training, time, and clinical skill required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that is both ethical and effective.
Our goal is to offer work that feels thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely helpful — not rushed or formulaic.

Sessions with a licensed psychologist reflect advanced doctoral-level training, licensure, and years of clinical experience. Licensed psychologists bring a high level of clinical judgment, specialization, and autonomy to their work, often drawing from extensive training in areas such as trauma, EMDR, neurodivergence, psychological assessment, and complex relational dynamics.
This fee reflects not only the time spent in session, but also the clinical expertise involved in case conceptualization, treatment planning, integration of evidence-based approaches, consultation, and ongoing professional development. Care is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in both experience and research.

Pre-licensed psychologists are doctoral-level clinicians who have completed extensive graduate training and are actively accruing post-doctoral hours toward full licensure. They provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy while working under the close supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Sessions at this rate offer a more accessible option while still providing thoughtful, attuned, and clinically sound care. Supervision ensures that treatment is collaborative, well-supported, and aligned with best practices, allowing clients to benefit from both the clinician’s direct work and the oversight of a licensed psychologist.

While we are out of network, many clients choose to use their out-of-network insurance benefits to receive partial reimbursement. To make this process easier, we offer Thrizer, a service that helps clients understand and utilize their out-of-network benefits.
Thrizer can:
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, and we cannot guarantee coverage; however, many clients find that using Thrizer significantly simplifies the process and makes care more accessible.
